Responsive Egg Flow (REF™)
Responsive Egg Flow (REF) is a unique, money-saving system that electronically counts and controls the flow of eggs from the hen house to the processing equipment. A farm-tested, user-friendly system, REF helps to reduce shell damage by gathering all houses simultaneously or in batches by product type, REF automatically regulates belt speeds to provide smooth egg flow to the plant. EggSight® Vision Counter
EggSight® minimizes stops, reduces cracks and checks, and boosts profits by ensuring smoother production runs with less downtime. Powered by AI machine learning, the system is trained to accurately detect eggs in both cage and cage-free environments, distinguishing them from shadows or foreign objects like feathers. With EggSight™, you get consistent, reliable egg counts every time.
Traditional IR Counter
For over 20 years, IR counting has been the industry standard for accurately managing egg flow and counting eggs on rods or belt conveyors. Using infrared light, it detects eggs without contact, minimizing damage and soiling, all while enabling cross-conveyor management to optimize production speed.
Fire Mitigation

ThERM™ Detect & Respond
